However due to the upcoming Championchip and a shortage of time to have the transponders checked I understand that you are worried, so we offer you to send new transponders on a Part to Returned basis. Like this you can send these transponders to the racers who complain that their transponders do not work.
Please be aware that for each transponder that you exchange you need to make sure to send us the defect transponder back so that we can check if there is a problem with them. If there is, they will be replaced by warranty and nothing happens because all racers have their new transponder. If they turn out to be OK we can not resell them as they are used already. We will send the transponders back to you then and you can resell them. So we will charge you for the new transponders."
Eli jos jollain on ongelmia ponderin kanssa, niin voimme ottaa ponderin vastaan palautuksena ja antaa uuden tilalle. Jos tehtaalla todetaan tutkimusten jälkeen, että ponderissa ei ole vikaa, niin silloin toimitamme transponderin takaisin ko. asiakkaalle.
