PROVISION
About competitions on automodelling sports on the Cup of the St.-Petersburg
RC CAR club.
(Within the limits of a cup of Russia)
The given provision is the official invitation to a stage of the Cup of
Russia on radio-controlled automodels.
1. Date and a place of carrying out of competitions.
On March, 10-11th, 2007. Competitions are spent to two days in
Sankt-Petersburg, settlement ????????? on a track of the St.-Petersburg RC
Car club, in a sports hall of school of settlement ????????? .
2. A management of competitions and the schedule of actions.
Preparation, the organization and direct carrying out of competitions are
carried out by the St.-Petersburg RC Car Club and Federation of
Automodelling Sports of Russia on the basis of operating rules of carrying
out of competitions on automodelling sports .
On March, 10th (Saturday)
From 9.30 up to 14.30
Free-of-charge bus excursion in Ekaterina's palace (Pushkin) with viewing
the well-known "Amber room", on a return way a sightseeing tour on city with
rise to Sankt-Petersburg a television tower.
From 15.00 up to 17.00
Free trainings with an opportunity of individual registration and listing of
results.
From 17.00 up to 21.30
Opening of competitions and 1,2,3 qualifying race.
On March, 11th (Sunday)
From 9.00 up to 12.30 4,5 qualifying race
From 12.00 up to 16.00 1,2,3 final race
From 16.30 up to 17.30 Closing of competitions and rewarding
4. Additional requirements to participants.
To participation in competitions the sportsmen acting in classes of models
D??-10 (TSM-10), D??-10 Stock (TSS-10), D?? Mono, RCE-12, DTM-18 are
supposed. Are supposed as other classes of models (Outside of offset of the
Cup of Russia) provided that the quantity of models in the given class will
make not less than 5.
Charges on maintenance of participants carry sending organizations.
Participants bring a starting payment for a covering of charges on carrying
out of competitions and formation of prize-winning fund. Payment of a
starting payment is spent on a place of carrying out of competitions.
Starting payment - 20 Euro.
1) Presence of replaceable footwear is obligatory.
2) After end of race its participants hand over transmitters, transponder
and on duty on a track as "marshals" for maintenance of following race.
"Marshal" is considered absent, if it is not present on a track 30 seconds
prior to start of following race.
3) Wheels of models before start should be dry.
4) If model are not on a starting line for 30 seconds prior to the beginning
of race, the participant is not supposed before race.
5) For incorrect piloting (impact behind, a delay of the leader, truncation
of a track, not normative lexicon) is appointed penalty STOP and GO.
6) Delivery of transponder begins for 30 sec. before the ending of the
previous race. Delivery of transmitters is made after finish of last model
of the previous race.
For infringement of subitems ?2 and ?3:
- In 1-st time - the result of last race is cancelled
- In 2-nd time - the best result is cancelled
- In 3-rd time - the sportsman is removed from competitions or pays the
penalty at a rate of an starting payment.
For infringement of subitem ?3 during training session, the participant is
disqualified from it prior to the beginning of official race!
5. Additional technical requirements.
Tyres in classes DTM: Take Off - 27 or LRP VTEC - 27.

The maximal wheel base - 270 mm.
The minimal height of a body - 115 mm
The maximal height on a wing - not above height of a body
The minimal weight - 1500 ? (without the transponder).
Class ???-10 Stock.

6. System of registration of results.

7. Rewarding of winners.
The sportsmen who have occupied prize-winning places are awarded with
diplomas and cups.
8. Registration.
To be registered for participation in competitions it is possible having
written to the address of:

information on all frequencies, a class of model and number of transponder
AMB (if is), applications are accepted up to 9-03-2007.
