Mitä noista akkujen kyljissä olevista arvo tarroista nyt sitten oikeen näkee?

Cell labels

Team Orion was the first battery matcher to supply batteries labeled with data from the matching process. There are as you probably have seen many numbers listed on our cell labels, but what do they mean ??

000SEC - this is the actual discharge time, the elapsed time (in seconds) it takes for the cell to discharge at a set Amp. rate (30A here) to a set Voltage (0.00 V here). It's important that cells in a battery pack are matched to the same second, the pack will then discharge evenly and thus deliver more power.

000VOLT - the average discharge voltage, indicating the voltage that a cell delivers during the discharge cycle. The higher the number the more voltage the cell will provide and thus the more punch it will deliver.

0.0mOhm - is the internal resistance of the cell. This number needs to be as low as possible, when lower it releases its energy more effective.

0000j - the total energy of the cell measured in Joules.

0.00volt - the voltage at which the discharge cycle is terminated.

30amp - the discharge rate.

LAVco - cell serial number used for identification.

When matching batteries we mainly use the label numbers, but there are several other numbers that are used as well. Team Orion batteries are discharged at various rates depending upon their type and usage.
