Invitation to Nordic Championship Indoor 2006

Greetings all fellow racers! Are you ready to battle for the Nordic crown?
Borg Miniracing Club are proud to invite you to Norway 28 - 29. October 2006.
We're hoping to see participation of many international drivers to battle for the title.

The event is made possible due to our sponsors. Their local support and participation on this event is highly appreciated. Thank you!

Race location
The event will be held in Sarpsborg - Norway (1 hour south from Oslo and 25 minutes from Svinesund Sweden). The venue takes place in a sports centre called "Skjeberghallen" with more room for spectators as well as drivers. Please take a look at the map for directions to the sports centre.

The track
The race proven carpet has high grip, and the racetrack is 600m?. The straight and first turn has a width of 4 meters, the straight is approx. 30 meters long. The remaining part of the track has a width of 3 meters. Lot's of space for very exciting racing!

Race format
The qualification format will be round-by-round with 4 out of 6 rounds to count.
The finals runs 2 out of 3.

MAX NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS 120 DRIVERS
Divided into: 1:10 Modified 80 drivers and 1:12 track 40 drivers. Depending on popularity this might be changed into other numbers.

Entry Fees
For 1:10 Modified: NOK 600,- This incl. 2 complete sets with control tires. For 1:12 Track: NOK 200,- The entry fee must be paid at the registration.

Time keeping
Modern AMBrc system with ProLap v3.2.8. Personal transponders are allowed and preferred.

Prices
Prices will be given to all A-finalists, TQ, best young driver, best paint job and to the winner of respective subfinals.

Radio frequencies
Only 2.4GHz, 40MHz and 27MHz radio frequencies are allowed. If you have any questions about this email: info@bmrk.net.

Control Tire - LRP27
The control tyre for the event will be the pre glued LRP 27r, as used at the LRP Masters 2006. Only 2 set of tires (8 tyres) allowed during the race. Race tyres have to be bought trackside. They will be marked prior the event at the scrutineering.

Tire adhesives
Only odour free tire adhesives is allowed. No home made adhesives type vegetable oil or fire fluid is allowed. The tires are not allowed to be wet when entering the track. Please whipe of excessive fluid with a towel or use the spesially prepared piece of carpet on track-side.

All done in accordance with the EFRA regulations.
