The most common reason that cards are not accepted is that the billing information which you provide to us does not match the address information your credit card company has on record for you.

If these two collections of information do not match, the issuing bank will immediately decline the card. One more thing; please remember that a debit card is not a credit card -- even if it has a credit card logo on it. Debit cards may be subject to daily, weekly or monthly transaction limits. If you are having problems with a debit card, we recommend that you contact the issuing bank to determine if there are transaction limits or any other restrictions imposed by your bank that may be causing your card to decline.
